Does a surround sound system have to support DTS- HD to output DTS-HD on a Bluray disk? - dts-hd no sound denon

I have the Logitech Z-5500 Surround. Comes with Dolby Digital and DTS 96/24. But if I purchase a Blu-ray with DTS-HD, you have my surround sound system with DTS-HD support also in a position to come out again?

Oh, and Blu-ray would be by optical cable to my surround sound system to be connected.

Your system does not support HD audio formats (not) from a fiber optic cable. You need a receiver that supports audio via the HDMI port or if you have a Blu-ray with 7.1 analog multi-channel receiver and third with HDMI 7.1 multichannel analog -.

No, no. If the recipient of high-definition audio support, or if you send HD audio via HDMI demoted buy everything in a straight Dolby and DTS. So you still get surround sound.

BTW, you should be able to send the audio bit stream player to the optical receiver, only the decoded PCM audio to send two channels.
