There is nothing special about Alexandria, so she decided to live there. This is no different from other parts of the northern Dale DC.

I do not think there are many black people in Alexandria. Of all the suburbs of DC, MD has the highest concentration of people with black skin color.
Not sure about your question. To make it more or less the same kind of work that all of them. There was a time when Hispanic and Black blue-collar jobs were limited, including the construction industry, but those days are mostly past.
